Land and Mind Restoration Busy Bee

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Humans are part of the natural ecosystem and as such our mental well-being is linked to everything in that ecosystem, especially to the health of the land. On Saturday 6 November, RotaryEQ will be practising ecosystem mental health care by weeding the conversation area at Murdoch in partnership with Murdoch Environmental Restoration Group. Pulling out the invasive weeds which threaten our native flora can be a very therapeutic exercise, and some even use it as metaphorical experience for casting away intrusive thoughts.
