BIKES - CARS - MUSIC 

The Brighter Days Festival is a 3 day family fundraising event held annually on the March Labour Day weekend. The Festival Precinct is located within Pioneer Park in the beautiful township of Bright, Victoria. After the disappointment of 2021, we are ready to make the 2022 Festival the best yet!  

As well as unlimited access in/out of the Festival Entertainment precinct, our 3 day weekend Entertainment pass also includes a bike or car entry into the Car / Bike Show 'n Shine, Sounds of Silence Silent Disco (Sorry headphones SOLD OUT) and entry into The Amazing Chase

The Festival Entertainment precinct is a grassed open-air venue and patrons are encouraged to BYO chair / picnic rug. There is a chair-free zone immediately in front of the stage which is reserved for dancing/standing room only.  Due to a recent ruling by the Alpine Shire Risk Assessment panel, unfortunately BYO Alcohol is not permitted into the Festival Precinct.  Alcohol will be available to purchase.  All bags will need to be presented to security at the Festival entrance.

Don't want to BYO chair? Upgrade and purchase our Reserved Seating weekend entertainment pass (Can be purchased online only before Thursday 10th middayand we'll provide a chair in our reserved seating area directly in front of the stage subsequent to the dancing/standing room.

The rest of the venue is general admission unreserved. 

Please register all under 18's (free) and receive 1 x additional Sounds of Silence entry per registration (Sorry headphones SOLD OUT). Please note under 18's must be accompanied by an adult when collecting their weekend entertainment pass wristband.

This event will run under the Victorian COVIDSafe Settings imposed by Victorian Government Pandemic Orders. These requirements include but are not limited to proof of vaccination & daily QR Code Check In at the Festival entrance gates.

The BDF Committee are in regular communication with local and state government health departments and we are 100% committed to providing you with a Covid Safe Event. A copy of our COVIDSafe plan can be found on our website.

Refund policy

As an outdoor event, 2022 Festival ticket purchasers accept the risk that tickets are non-refundable due to unfavourable weather. Should this event be cancelled due to a COVID-19 related incident, Public Health orders, or extreme weather, the ticket price is considered to include a 15% non-refundable portion that will be donated to the Brighter Days Foundation to cover administration costs. As a ticket purchaser, you will be require to check a box on the following page to acknowledge your understanding of this policy. You will also be given the option to offer to donate 100% of the purchase price if the event is cancelled. Patrons with COVID-19 like symptoms are encouraged to not attend the event and may apply to the event organiser for a full refund. Patrons who have tested positive to COVID-19 cannot attend the event and may apply to the event organiser for a full refund.
