Join us for an afternoon filled with fun, food, fabulous fashion and, of course live coverage of the Cup!
This year we are back at Hobart’s Waterfront and are excited to once again be working with the team at The Lounge by Frogmore Creek to deliver a memorable event.
Springtime is a wonderful time of year in Hobart, and like the unending change of seasons, the need for medical research doesn’t stop! We are proud and excited to bring this much-anticipated event to you in 2022, and we are so appreciative of the valuable support from generous Tasmanian businesses who have jumped on board to ensure this vital fundraiser goes ahead.
Event Details
Date: Melbourne Cup Day - Tuesday 1 November 2022
Time: 1.00pm arrival for a cocktail on the deck with canapes followed by an afternoon of fun and fashion, lunch concludes at 4.00pm
Venue: The Lounge by Frogmore Creek
Tickets: $195 each – this includes a cocktail on arrival, canapes, plated lunch with sides, finishing with petit fours, cheese platters and a three hour beverage package.
The formalities will conclude at 4.00pm and guests are welcome to move to the deck area to continue the festivities from 4.00pm-6.00pm where a cash bar will be available.
If you wish to come as a group, options are available at ticket selection, or please contact the team at the office if you’d like to discuss alternative options. Get your friends together and book in your tickets early before these sell out!
Your support at this event will go towards our competitive grants program which has invested over $10 million dollars throughout the past 25 years. The Foundation funds a variety of local research investigations aimed at benefiting the health and wellbeing of all Tasmanians, now and into the future.
