2023 CALIFORNIA WATER SAFETY SUMMIT
Event description
The 2023 California Water Safety Summit is a forum for collaboration on practices, programs, and policies that reduce drowning and aquatic injuries.
Join us on April 25 and 26, 2023 at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa in San Diego for a collaborative summit aimed at building multi-sectoral partnerships for drowning and aquatic injury prevention in California! The Summit will feature a variety of presentations and conversations across a range of drowning prevention topics, and serve as the launch event for The California Water Safety Strategy. Additional information on the agenda, speakers and linked Summit events will be posted to the Summit webpage as details are finalized.

Dates: April 25 and 26

Registration:
$100 - Early Bird Registration (January 31st to February 17th)
$150 - Regular Registration (February 18th to March 31st)
$200 - Last Minute Registration (April 1st to April 25th)
Accomodation:

Travel:
San Diego International Airport is less than 15 minutes in a taxi or ride share service from Paradise Point. There are multiple direct flights per day from Sacramento (SMF) and Bay Area airports (SFO, OAK, SJC), in addition to one or two direct flights per day from Santa Rosa (STS), Monterey (MRY), Fresno (FAT), San Luis Obispo (SBP) and Los Angeles (LAX).
