2023 Eat Street - Variety of Chefs

Descending upon the Sofitel on Collins at 25 Melbourne Collins Street Melbourne on Tuesday 30 May, you will experience an evening like no other to raise funds for Victorian kids.

Are you ready to experience an evening filled with unique dishes prepared by some of Melbourne’s hottest Chefs, local wines, and a healthy serve of fun and frivolity? That’s right Eat Street is BACK! After a three-year hiatus, it's back and better than ever, looking a little different.

This year Eat Street - Variety of Chefs has been reimagined and will be a true foodies delight! Hosted by MasterChef’s Sarah Todd, this event will feature a 5-course degustation of mouth-watering dishes from three of Melbourne’s most renowned chefs including Scott Pickett (Estelle), Adam D’Sylva (Lollo), and Shane Delia (Maha) curated in partnership with Sofitel Melbourne on Collins' Executive Chef, John Savage.

Eat Street is proudly presented by Variety the Children’s Charity and Sofitel Melbourne. Alongside delivering a unique culinary adventure, the event is raising much needed funds for the Variety Bikes for Kids program which offers the gift of independence and joy to children who might otherwise miss out.  Be quick, the event is expected to sell out, so don’t miss your chance to secure one of the hottest tickets in town.

Single tickets are $230, or bring your family, friends, colleagues, or clients along with the Long Table Seating (group of 6) for $1,500 (which includes a ticket to the mystery liquor shop for each guest). Seating allocations will be made closer to the event.  Please note that for tickets purchased after Tuesday 16th May, dietary requirements cannot be guaranteed.

A Luxe Round Table of 10 are available for $5,000 and includes the following:

• Ten tickets to the event
• Luxe round table seating
• Access to exclusive pre-function area
• Branded Table signage and static big screen display
• Each guest to receive a ticket to the mystery liquor shop
• Dedicated Table Host

Variety - the Children’s Charity help kids living with disability, illness or experiencing disadvantage. Our work allows kids to gain mobility, to get out in the community, to communicate, achieve independence and increase self-esteem. Thanks to the financial support that Variety receives from supporters and partners we can make sure that kids who may miss out can join in.

• We support through the provision of grants for a range of equipment.
• We run programs to educate and empower kids that are falling through the cracks.
• We give scholarships to encourage the talents of kids living with disability or experiencing disadvantage.
• And most importantly, we hold kids’ events to bring joy, light and laughter to kids and their families.
