2023 NADA Annual General Meeting

The Network of Alcohol and Other Drugs Agencies gives notice that an annual general meeting of its members will be held at:

Time: 10.30am -11.30am

Date: 20 November 2023

This meeting is open to NADA member services only. Membership fees must be paid and current for delegates to attend the AGM.

At the meeting, delegates will be asked to:

• accept the minutes of the last AGM and Special General Meeting held August 2023
• accept the annual report
• accept the auditor’s report
• accept the annual financial statements 
• appoint an auditor
• elect directors (2 position available)

Vero Voting

After registering, you will receive access to the Vero Voting platform if you are the voting delegate or an appointed proxy, which can be accessed via a smartphone, iPad or laptop. Please search for the email from Vero Voting (support@verovoting.com.au) in your inbox or junk folder. If you do not have the Vero Voting email, please contact Maricar at NADA. 

If you are a voting delegate and unable to attend the meeting at the scheduled time, you can participate by appointing a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. The proxy form is available here.
To be effective, return the proxy form no later than 5pm on Friday, 17 November 2023, to admin@nada.org.au. If you wish to register your apology, please email admin@nada.org.au.
