Entry will be from 6.00pm and exit by 1.00am & please note some rules for your own safety and the security of the School:
· Road closures of Tivoli Ave and Bayview Hill Rd will be in place from 3pm until 2am and police will be stationed at the top of both Tivoli Road and Bayview Hill Road.
· An attendee list will be provided to Police Officers at the entrance to Tivoli and Bayview Hill Road in order to gain access to the school including the car park.
· You will need to show your School swipe as identification and have your name, and those of your visitors checked off.
· Entry to the school will be via the underground carpark and you will require your School ID card to swipe and open the vehicle entry doors.
· Toilet facilities will be available near the print room in the Senior School area.
· All other School areas will be locked and alarmed so please do not access areas you would normally access in term time. This is for security reasons for the School as there will be large numbers of the general public in the area and we need to keep tight security of the premises so we have added extra security on the premises for everyone's safety.
· As there will not be any maintenance or cleaning staff on duty please use the rubbish bins provided and ensure that you tidy up any rubbish at the conclusion of the night.
. Please note Kambala Security ctc number for any issues: 0415 790 570
