2023 PAPER: The Permanence of the Temporary

This exhibition showcases the paper based works from our collection. Included is a broad range of art practices including drawing, painting, printing, linocut, collage, paper mâché, sculpture, photography and digital. By interrogating the diverse practices of some of the 60 artists presented, we hope to stimulate conversations and insights into the ephemeral yet permanent nature of paper based works in an increasingly digital age. In addition, recent acquisitions to the JAHM collection are displayed in the apartment, which can be enjoyed and discussed over refreshments.
