"Welcome to 'Spring into Summer Bootcamp' – the 6-week program that's thriving with fun and fitness! Our bootcamp sessions will have you springing into action, while our nutrition seminars provide food for thought. Yoga and mindfulness seminars will help you find your inner zen garden, and our Lifting Technique workshops will turn you into a lifting legend. Say goodbye to hibernation mode and hello to a season of vibrant vitality. Join us for an adventure from spring to summer, and let's 'grow' stronger together!"
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS The program Runs for 6 Weeks and includes the following.
Starts 16th of October Ends on 26th of November
- 60 Minute Fitness Consultation which includes a Body Composition Scan, 6 Week Training Program, Lifestyle Consult and a Free 30 Minute PT Session.
- Weekly Bootcamps at the Village Green - Tuesday & Thursday 4pm (Meet at Sam Cracknell Building)
- On Completion book in a 15 Minute Body Scan to see your progress.
- We have 3 Seminars available for you to attend on the following dates.
- Info Session & Nutrition Seminar 16th of October 4pm - 5pm
- Lifting Seminar 23rd of October 4pm - 5pm
- Yoga / Mindfulness Seminar 30th of October 4 pm - 5pm
