    Event description

Health professionals in Queensland are invited to join the Statewide Office of Advance Care Planning for the 2024 National Advance Care Planning Week (ACP) Virtual Forum. This is an excellent opportunity to hear first-hand from expert speakers sharing ACP updates and initiatives to assist you in improving your ACP knowledge and practice.

The 2024 Forum will be held from Monday 18 March to Thursday 21 March as virtual lunchbox sessions over four days from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. All sessions will be live-streamed via Microsoft Teams.

We encourage you to use the Virtual Forum as a team education opportunity and conversation starter. Gather your colleagues for an informal lunch, listen to the presentations and discuss how you can apply your learnings to your workplace. The information presented during the Virtual Forum is relevant for health professionals and consumers located in Queensland.
