Tour Highlights: Unlimited Rides: Hop on and off as many times as you like throughout the day, making it easy to explore different parts of the festival at your own pace. The Youth Quilting Workshop accommodates 12 youth participants along with their chosen adult. Each child must be accompanied by an adult, who can join in the fun free of charge.
