We’re thrilled to be back at the MCEC for the ARCIA Annual Gala Dinner and Awards night this year.
As always, the event is a night to network and to celebrate all that is the radio and critical communications sector. We invite you to join us with colleagues and friends, for first-class food and entertainment.

We're excited to announce that Libbi Gorr will be our MC for the evening, bringing her wit and humourous observation to entertain, inspire, challenge and motivate us.
Libbi is a bold storyteller and we can't wait to hear from her on the night!
During the 2024 Gala Dinner, we will take time to acknowledge and celebrate excellence in the radio and critical communications sector during the ARCIA Excellence Awards, where we recognise the achievement of outstanding individuals and organisations.
Anyone can nominate, but nominees must be current financial members of ARCIA, either individually or via the organisation they work for.
CLOSING DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS: Friday, 20 September 2024, after which date no further nominations will be accepted.
ARCIA strongly encourages anyone directly involved with, or who has had dealings with radio and critical communications and is an ARCIA Member to nominate a member company, project, or person for one of the categories listed below.

- Outstanding Industry Individual of the Year
- Small Business Award
- Industry Innovation Award
- Outstanding Critical Communications Project Award

This year the event will be held in Melbourne Room 1, located on Level 2 of the conference centre, with lift access nearby.

Event Information

2) Getting to the event: For taxi drop-offs, the venue address is 1 Convention Centre Place. Visit the MCEC site for transport options. Discounted car parking at Melbourne Exhibition Centre Car Park (off Normanby Road) requires pre-booking online. Guests can pre-book online.
3) Accommodation options: Visit the MCEC site for accommodation recommendations.
4) Dress Code: Dress as you please—think cocktail and formal wear, you'll look better in the photos!
5) Coat/luggage storage: Visit the Customer Service desk at the Convention Centre entrance and MCEC staff will happily lighten your load.
6) Accessibility requirement: The venue offers accessible facilities. There are accessible toilets, ramps and lifts throughout the venue, including lift access from the car parks. Contact MCEC for specific needs at +61 3 9235 8210 and inform us at info@arcia.org.au.

8) Unable to attend? Please refrain from attending if you are unwell, it's ok to pass on your ticket to a friend or colleague, just let us know.
Cancellations can made up to 7 days before the event for a refund. Cancellations made after this time will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Attendees can transfer the ticket to another attendee's name or receive a refund with a medical certificate.
