    Event description

The TC Auxiliary is pleased to announce that the annual Auxiliary Morning Tea will be held on Friday, 16 August in Gibney Hall.

This year's theme is "Bushtucker – The Food on our Doorstep". We are proud to partner with WA Good Food Guide, and Heyder & Shears to showcase our country's amazing native ingredients through an interactive (and delicious!) presentation by Dale Tilbrook. Guests will sample local bush tucker through a 'live tasting' experience, as well as enjoy other morning tea offerings.

    Speaker profile - Dale Tilbrook

I am a Wardandi Bibbulmun woman from the Busselton, Margaret River area of WA.

My journey in Aboriginal Cultural Tourism started in 1996 and I am very grateful to my elders and mentors who encouraged, taught me, took me out on country and helped me fill in the gaps. They unleashed a powerful quest for knowledge, particularly for our bushfood. I am still excited by the bounty of the bush supermarket and am continually learning.

I love to share my knowledge through experiences. You can find out more by clicking here.
