Event description

Join us for the launch of our new business breakfast series, Engage and Elevate on Wednesday 13 March from 7.00am to 9.00am at the Sunshine Beach Surf Club.

Hosted by the St Andrew's Institute of Learning (SAIL), our Engage and Elevate series supports our commitment to providing professionals and students with the chance to gain profound insights from the life experiences, challenges, and triumphs of accomplished leaders across diverse industries.

This series is open to the entire Sunshine Coast and Noosa community.

We are excited to announce our first keynote speaker - Mark Visser, Big Wave Surfer, author, keynote speaker, mindset coach and Ocean Adventurer.

Mark Visser is an Australian big wave surfer, author, keynote speaker, mindset coach, founder of The Ocean Warrior and the 2014/15 Big Wave paddle in champion. Mark made history by surfing one of the world’s biggest waves at Jaws (Pe’ahi), Maui, in total darkness. A true world first achievement, known globally as Night Rider. Marks feats are not only about surfing, but adventure, exploration and staying connected as a team under extreme pressure.

For the past 13 years Mark has been a mindset coach to some of the world’s most successful individuals and organisations. Working as a personal coach for world champion Kelly Slater, Australian SAS, US Navy Seals, Olympic athletes, sporting teams and business professionals. He specializes in emotional intelligence and helping individuals connect to their ultimate self.

Impossible is possible.

Embark on a transformative morning with Mark Visser as he takes you on a journey beyond conquering waves – a story of resilience, mental health, and personal triumph.

By using his own experiences and challenges as an example, Mark’s presentation covers how he and his team accomplished an inconceivable goal and proved that the ‘impossible IS possible’. This presentation includes jaw dropping imagery and video content, inspiring his audiences to understand that any task can be achieved, with the right strategy.

Join us for breakfast and be motivated, inspired and equipped with the tools to redirect your focus for the next big thing.

Ticket Price: $45 per adult or $360 for a table of 8. $35 for students (Secondary). Ticket price includes breakfast, tea and coffee.
