2024 Celebration and Showcase of the City of Whittlesea Sustainable Communities Workshop Series

Join us for the wrap-up and celebration of the 2024 City of Whittlesea Sustainable Communities Workshop Series!

This event will celebrate the second year of our workshop series along with the learnings and creations of those who participated throughout the year. 

We’ll have food, prizes, and chats to discuss what we learned and showcase our sustainable living practices.

Those who attended workshops this year will receive a certificate of recognition for their participation.

Workshop participants are invited to bring any of the following to display in the showcase:

• preserved foods made after our olive pickling workshop
• packets or containers of seeds made after the seed-saving workshop
• photos of your vegetable garden
• photographs, poems, artworks, or written reflections written about nature
• stories and/or photos of energy savings improvements made to your home 
• anything else related to the workshop series you would like to share!

Registration required. Please note on the registration form what you intend to display at the showcase.

Lunch will be provided so please list dietary needs when registering. 

Children are welcome but must be supervised by a carer/parent at all times.
