We have heard your feedback and are excited to welcome you to our New-Look Diamond Gala!

This incredible new event comes with a promise to maximise the fun whilst staying true to its charitable roots.
There will be less formalities, more fun and we will be replacing a sit-down meal with roaming food options to ensure that ticket prices are more affordable.

This year, our Gala will be held in the exquisite Plaza Ballroom, under the Regent Theatre. Entering from Collins Street, the grand staircase leads you down to the Ballroom foyer. Built in the 1920's and simulating a Spanish courtyard with a paved floor and ornate fountain, high ceilings and mesmerising architecture, this is a remarkable entrance before stepping into our 2024 Gala for a night filled with live music, dancing and surprise entertainment.

It’s our biggest night of the year and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Your ticket includes delicious food and drinks, spectacular entertainment, silent and live auctions and access to purchase tickets in our wonderful raffle and our Wall of Wine with fantastic prizes up for grabs!

TICKET PRICES:

Tickets to the Diamond Gala are generously subsidised by the Group and are available for:

• $95 (members) + Booking Fee
• $125 (non-members/guests) + Booking Fee
  
• Please note - if you have Rewards & Recognition Points, you can use Points to purchase a pre-paid e-Gift card (Karta Gift Card) to then use to buy your Gala Tickets.
  You can only use one gift card at payment so please ensure you choose the Gift Card option that will cover your ticket price upfront as there are no split payments at check out.
  The Karta Gift Card acts as a prepaid MasterCard so please select Credit Card Payment at checkout. Note that the card needs to be activated prior to use.

DRESS CODE: Formal / Cocktail with a touch of flair!

SEATING OPTIONS: This years' Event is a Gala cocktail evening, with various seating around the Ballroom, a central Bar, and plentiful food on offer.
As this is not a sit-down dinner event, tables do not need to be booked. But don't worry, there will be plenty of places to rest your legs after hitting the dancefloor!

CHARITIES: 

Most importantly, all proceeds from the event will be generously dollar-matched by the CommBank Foundation! All funds raised will be donated to charities chosen by our very own staff.

By purchasing your entry to CBA Staff Social & Charity Club Diamond Charity Gala you are acknowledging that you understand and will abide by:

Marriner Group values the safety of all patrons. Security cameras operate throughout the Venue and you, or your belongings, may be searched on entry. Certain items are prohibited or restricted in what may be taken into the Venue or checked at the cloak room. A list of our security precautions is available on the full conditions of entry on our website or at the Box Office, and our staff can advise if you have any questions.

Please follow the directions of staff and signage at the Venue. We are here to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. You must pay close attention to, and comply with, all
health and safety directions and protocols. If you do not comply with our directions and protocols, you may be asked to leave the Venue immediately without refund or further recourse.

Marriner Group practices the responsible service of alcohol. Any breaches of our liquor license or our responsible service of alcohol may result in refused service, refused entry or removal from the Venue. You accept risks of entry. We aim to provide a safe Venue; however, you enter the Venue at your own risk and are responsible for any personal belongings in the Venue.

Treat each other and staff with respect. If you feel that your enjoyment of an event is being compromised or your health and safety is being put at risk in any way or by the actions of another
person, please contact our staff immediately so that we can try to find a solution. 

Stay at home if you are unwell. Please do not attend the Venue if you are experiencing or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID or isolating due to a positive COVID-19 test. We reserve the right to refuse you entry to the Venue (or require you to leave the Venue) without refund or further recourse if we suspect you have not complied with this requirement. We aim to provide a COVID Safe Venue. Our comprehensive COVID Safe Plan control measures includes frequent cleaning and maximum possible ventilation to keep everyone in the Venue safe.
Despite this, there remains a risk of transmission, and you enter the Venue at your own risk

Smoking and Illicit Substances
Illicit substances along with the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vaporisers and e-cigarettes will not be permitted inside any part of our Venue (including toilets, backstage and dressing rooms).
Designated smoking areas are nominated in the street outside the Venue.

Photography and Videography
There are so many magical moments at the Diamond Gala each year, which is why we have professional photographers and videographers in attendance. They are there to capture the excitement of the event and this may include pictures or video footage of you! A selection of photos and videos are made available to attendees to download after the event. Please note that by purchasing a ticket and attending this Event, you consent to us capturing and sharing/using these images and video for attendees to view and for the purpose of future event promotions. If you have any concerns, please speak to our friendly team on the night or after the event. 

Removal From the Venue
If a guest is removed from the venue by security, there will be no refund of their entry cost.
