  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Curious about the impact of this year's state legislative session on affordable housing and homelessness in Virginia? Join us on April 24th for a 2024 General Assembly Wrap-Up! The Virginia Housing Alliance is hosting a virtual "lunch and learn" about housing-related legislation introduced this year. We will share a summary of VHA's work during the General Assembly, highlighting key budget items and bills that will become law in July. 

The event will be recorded, and we will also share a "Housing in the 2024 General Assembly" one-pager with registrants and on our website.

Attendance is free for this event, but should you wish to make a contribution, you'll be directed to VHA's donation page when you submit your registration.
