Join Noy and Shay in cooking Matzo Ball Soup which is a traditional Jewish Chicken Soup that is made every year for Passover. This will be made as a gluten free dish.
Noy is from Israel and has been living in New Zealand for nearly 5 years. Before he moved to Aotearoa he lived in the United Kingdom for 13 years where he met his kiwi wife, Shay. They live in Kaiapoi and Noy loves the lifestyle here.
Noy's interests are football, food, travel and their two dogs Ernie and Nibbles' 🐶
