2024 Homeschool Anime and Cosplay Convention

Come join us Apex Park West Beach for the third annual Homeschool Anime and Cosplay Convention (HACCON). There will be lots of things to do like free books, homeschool market stalls, face painting (paid), food and snacks to buy, an art exhibition and scavenger hunt.

There will also be the following activities as part of the Convention
1:15pm - Magic Show
2pm - Dad's Cosplay Workbench costume/prop building talk
3:15pm - Costume Parade (this is not a competition, just an opportunity for the kids that want to showcase their costumes)

Costume Parade Registration: Registration is on the day, all costumes are welcome in the parade.

You do not need to wear a costume to attend, everyone is welcome. If you choose to wear a costume it can be anything you like. It can be store bought, home made or professional level. There are no requirements or restrictions as long as it is appropriate for a family environment. We do have a NO WEAPONS policy so any props that resemble weapons or can be used as weapons will not be allowed in the venue. No photos are to be taken inside the venue.
