Event description

Join us live and in-person for our 77th annual conference. The Indiana chapter board, conference committee and volunteers are looking forward to hosting our conference with many learning opportunities, trade show, networking and more. There are over 30 educational sessions to choose from with plenty of CEU's available for the credentialed arborist. The sessions will focus on information which includes urban forestry, utility vegetation management, pest management and arboricultural practices. Pesticide applicators will receive CCH's for approved presentations.

This year we have Chris Luley, consultant and author of "Wood Decay Fungi", a best-selling guide for arborists, presenting a 4-hour workshop on Tuesday morning. Requires a separate registration from the conference.

IAA Conference room blocks have limited availability and can be found at the website below, click on the link or cut and paste into your browser.

Book your group rate for Indiana Arborist Association by January 11th for reduced rate  of $139/night at the Marriott, host hotel.

**Please note that the IAA Discounted Member Conference Rate is for CURRENT IAA MEMBERS at the time of the conference. This information will checked against membership records. If you are unsure of your membership status, you can check this through ISA or by emailing our office. We would be happy to have you as an IAA member if you are not one already. And, it is more cost effective to become a member than it is to pay the non-member rate.

Join us as we rock the Marriott East with fan favorite, The Why Store onsite at the Indianapolis Marriott East!  We will have a delicious catered dinner followed by 2 hours of live music. Come and network with friends and colleagues!

***Please note that the IAA introduced new annual sponsorship opportunities in 2023.  For information and details on sponsorship levels please visit here .

Please note that registration for this event close JANUARY 16th at 5 p.m. to allow for accurate planning for catering and set up.  Onsite registration will be available but name badges will be different and attendee swag will be available on a limited basis.

This conference is supported by a generous educational sponsorship from the IDNR, Community and Urban Forestry Program through funds provided by the U.S. Forest Service.
