2024 Family Night Under the Stars

Trinity College invites TC students and their families to a night under the stars.

We have an amazing astronomy program at Trinity College, and a great observatory that our students can use to take images of the deep sky and learn about the universe we live in.

On Wednesday 17 April, we will host volunteers from the Perth Observatory who will bring telescopes to show us close-up views of planets and stars within our solar system.

A pizza truck and ice-cream/coffee van will be available, but please do feel free to bring along a picnic dinner for your family to sit out on Mann Oval from 7.00pm. The viewing will begin at approximately 8.00pm when it is dark enough. Please note, we advise no alcohol as this is a family friendly event.

• Ice-cream/coffee van: on-the-night sales
