The Festival, welcomes a large contingent of surfers and their families coming from all the great surf centers of the world, including Hawaii, California, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and all over Europe.

Since 2010, the Noosa Festival of Surfing has attracted record levels of competitors each year, as well as thousands of spectators from near and far who come to see the legends of the sport, as well as the now world-famous surfing dogs. These famous pooches battle it out on the first Saturday of every fetival, drawing a crowd all vying for the perfect vantage point along the rocky shoreline of Noosa's famous point.

Under the guidance of World Surfaris, the Noosa Festival of Surfing has now evolved into a family-friendly, sustainable event that appeals to all kinds of surfers of all ages. A reunion for the veterans and a starting point for the juniors, it is the longest-running and best-loved surf event in the world.

The ever-popular beach bar, live music, art shows, shaping exhibitions, World Surf Reserve activations, and world-class surfing are several reasons why this event is a highlight for many worldwide every year!

We look forward to celebrating the 32nd Noosa Festival of Surfing with you!
