2024 Preschool Christmas Concert / Graduation

Everlearn Preschool will celebrate our end of year Christmas concerts and Graduation ceremonies on Friday, 29th November and Monday, 2nd December.

The events will run in this order:

- Christmas Concert 1 (All of the children from Navy, Yellow, Blue, Green and Red who are returning to Everlearn in 2025), 12:30pm - 1:00pm.

- 1hr interval

- Christmas Concert 2 (All of the children from Blue, Green, Red, Purple and Orange not returning to Everlearn in 2025), 2:00pm - 2.20pm

- Graduation, 2:30pm - 3:00pm

We will commence with Christmas Concert 1 for children who will be returning to Everlearn in 2025. This will run from 12:30pm-1:00pm If you wish to take your child home after the concert, a staff member will assist in signing out your child. If your child will remain at preschool after the concert, please walk them to the Navy Group Room where educators will be present.

There will be an hour gap between our first and second concert. This time is needed for preparation for Concert 2.

At 2:00pm, we will begin Christmas Concert 2 followed by the Graduation ceremony for children who are going to Kindergarten in 2025 and not returning to Everlearn. This will run from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.

If you have children participating in both concerts, we kindly ask that you leave the preschool during the interval as educators will be preparing and supporting the children with rehearsals. If your child is participating in the first concert, you can drop them back to the Navy room before you leave. They can rejoin you at 2:00pm for the next concert or you can leave them under the educators' supervision. Please note, if your younger child joins you to watch the second concert and graduation ceremony, they are under your supervision and the expectation is that they remain seated beside you or on your knees.

Children are welcome to dress up in festive attire for the concerts on both dates. Graduation robes will be provided for the Graduation ceremonies.

Each family will be assigned a maximum of four tickets for the concerts. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more tickets due to limited indoor space.

Please note, if your child/children attend on both a Monday and Friday, you cannot book 4 tickets for each day.

Option 1: 4 tickets for one day

Option 2: 2 tickets for each day (Your child will only graduate on one day)

Please see Storypark for your child's allocated graduation day. If your child attends on both a Friday and Monday and you would like to change their allocated graduation day, please speak to Miss Nicola or Miss Amanda.
