2024 Shades of Red Launch

The Shades of Red  Launch is an annual event to celebrate the College’s Poetry and Visual Arts Journal. The event will consist of poetry readings, prizes and a keynote speaker.

The launch will take place at 3:45pm on Wednesday 19 June in ANZAC Hall, with light refreshments offered afterwards.

Please note: Copies of the journal will be available for sale at $15.00 each on the day.

We are delighted that our keynote speaker this year is Mel Lambert. Mel has 20 years experience working in the non for profit and government sectors in the UK and Australia where she held development and innovation leadership roles.  She also has an appreciation for storytelling and is a sharp and engaging writer. In her spare time Mel co-hosts a monthly storytelling event in  Adelaide called Tenx9.

Each student featuring in the book is able to invite as many guests as they wish. We are looking forward to seeing you at this exciting event in celebration of the power of the written word and emotive expression among young Princes men.
