How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Please join us as we celebrate the end of the 2024 rugby season! Doors open at 5.00pm, with formalities to commence at 5.30pm.

All attendees - including student rugby players - must book to attend. 


Food and drink

  • Students/siblings: will receive a voucher for two (2) soft drinks
  • Adults/other guests: soft drinks will be available for purchase; BYO other drinks including glassware

Dress code: 

  • Rugby player students: full Winter College uniform (with blazer)
  • Adults/other guests (including siblings): smart casual attire
