Known as Australia’s most trusted and genuine awards, these accolades reflect the very best in the wedding industry, offering a comprehensive, credible, and transparent awards program.

Voting Closed:
Voting for the 6th Annual Southern Queensland Country Wedding Industry Awards™ closed at midnight on Friday, August 16, 2024, after 10 days of voting. The results are remarkable:
- 816 Newlywed Couples participated
- 523 Businesses Nominated
- 155 Businesses became Finalists
Finalist Announcement:
As a Finalist, you’re invited to join the Virtual Presentation on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 6:30 pm (Brisbane Time) via Zoom. Here, you’ll discover if your business has been voted by Southern Queensland Country newlyweds as a category Winner!
Important Registration Information:
To secure your place as a Finalist and participate in the event, follow these steps:
- Click the “Register Now” Tab to purchase your ticket (1 ticket per category nominated).
- Confirm your business details, including mailing address and mobile number.
- Register separately for each business category or purchase enough tickets to cover all categories.
Registration Deadline: Friday, November 8, 2024
Additional Note: If your business qualifies in more than one category, you’ll need to register for each one.
Participation Packages:
Given the current cost of living crisis, we offer two registration options:
- Option 1: Reduced package including:
- Personalised Digital Roundel
- Digital Certificate (DIY print)
- Business & Book Reinforcer packages
- Option 2: Acrylic Wedding Industry Award™ Plaque (oversized A4 x 20mm Acrylic). This option MUST be taken in combination with Option 1.
Zoom Presentation Access:
Once registered, you’ll receive a hyperlink to access the virtual event the week before the presentation.
Even if you do not win in your category, as a registered finalist, you will still receive:
- Personalised Digital Marketing Collateral
- Licence to use the Wedding Industry Awards™ Logo and Trademark
- Listings on the Wedding Industry Awards™ website and social media for winners, top 5, or top 10 recipients
