Engaging Clients and Stakeholders with DiSC® - ONE DAY COURSE (15 Oct)
Event description
Globally acclaimed personal profiling tool
DiSC® is the globally acclaimed personal profiling tool used by more than one million people every year, 100,000 organisations worldwide and over 70 countries in 12 languages.
Developed by psychologist William Moulton and powered by 40 years of research, the DiSC® model centres on four DISC factors known as Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). Together these factors offer profound insight into who we are as people and how we function.
By registering for this course, you will be sent a link to complete your own insightful DiSC® assessment, which will generate a comprehensive personalised report, capturing your preferences, tendencies and how you relate to others. This revealing document is yours to keep and utilise in the workplace and beyond and includes actionable strategies to improve your relationships and performance.
On the day, your Certified DiSC® Practitioner, Eddie Stowers, will help you understand and interpret your profile and what it means in the real world.
While DiSC® has many applications, this training day is designed for those who want to utilise their profile insights to better engage with clients and stakeholders.
