A concert featuring beguiling music by Antonio Vivaldi - the "Red Priest" - a mad genius of virtuosity, bringing "follia," craziness, and boundless fun. Vivaldi's love stories were followed with bated breath by his contemporaries—one of his loves, a beautiful singer! Mezzo-soprano Clara Osowski will seduce the audience with her captivating performance.

All of Bach's Chamber (ABC Series):
The Bach Society presents its new ABC Series - All of Bach’s Chamber works, with the mission of performing the chamber music of J.S. Bach and those he influenced. These concerts will be approximately one hour in length, no intermission, and will have a post-concert reception where you can enjoy light snacks, refreshments, and meeting the musicians.
· Solo Cello – Bach Meets Folk
Cellist Charles Asch performs a solo cello recital exploring the music of Johann Sebastian Bach and its contemporary partner in folk music. From his famous G Major Prelude to his lesser-known works, experience Bach and his influence performed on a period cello made while Bach was alive.

· Trio Sonatas Through the Ages – A Musical Conversation
Bach has influenced a countless number of composers and musicians, including many alive today. Musicians Margaret Humphrey, Grant Johnson, Rebecca Humphrey, and Tami Morse present a musical conversation of trio sonatas by Johann Goldberg, Bach’s student; CPE Bach, one of his many sons; and Nicola Canzano, a rare modern composer who writes in the baroque style.

In this program, Dr. Dean Billmeyer will explore some of Bach’s most resplendent organ pieces with a window on these topics.

Tami Morse performs a solo harpsichord recital exploring the keyboard music of Johann Sebastian Bach. Featuring Bach’s elegant Partita No. 1 in B-flat Major and the dramatic Toccata in D Minor, the program also includes an exquisite Vivaldi concerto transcription and a lyrical sonata by Johann Christian Bach. Take a journey through the contrasting styles of J.S. Bach, presented in some of his most beloved works.
