2025 Alumnae Tour
Event description
Women’s College alumnae are invited to join us on a backstage tour through Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC).
Each year, QPAC hosts over 1,200 performances across its four theatres and outdoor spaces. This number is set to grow when the Glasshouse Theatre, QPAC's fifth venue, opens in 2026, making it Australia’s largest performing arts centre under one roof.
“With over 30 years’ experience in presenting some of the world’s most famous shows and artists, QPAC houses a universe of backstage secrets. Walking through the heart of a Brisbane heritage listed icon, our backstage tours give you the opportunity to explore the theatres and discover the history and architecture of QPAC."
Led by an experienced QPAC guide, you will be taken on a journey filled with stories and theatrical tales, giving you an insider’s perspective into a busy performing arts centre.
Join us for an unforgettable backstage tour that celebrates the history, architecture, and vibrant performing arts culture that make QPAC a cultural icon." (Information from QPAC's website.)
