Dear AAMEG Members and Friends,

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Australia-Africa Minerals and Energy Group (AAMEG) will be held at 4PM (for a 4.30PM start) on Thursday 20 November 2025, kindly hosted by BDO Australia.

The purpose of the meeting is to

  • Present the 2025 Annual Report,

  • To elect / re-elect Board Members,

  • Approve our financial statements and provide feedback and input into our 2026 planning,

  • The AGM is also a good opportunity to catch up and meet with peers!

I look forward to meeting with you at the Annual General Meeting which will be immediately followed by refreshments.
