Event description
The 26th annual Arts Education Institute (AEI) will offer professional development in arts and learning for all teachers and administrators Pre-K through 12th grade.
AEI offers an educational and fun-filled week of learning to infuse the arts into classrooms and curriculum development. This year's art workshops offer opportunities for all Pre-K through 12th grade educators.
You DO NOT need to be an educator to attend AEI, we encourage everyone to attend.
AEI is offered for up to two undergraduate, graduate, or recertification (CEU) credits.

NSU SYLLABUS
DAILY SCHEDULE
Credit: The course is offered for variable 1-2 credits. Each workshop session will be offered for 15 hours = 1 credit with a maximum of 2 credits offered.
Workshops are offered:
- Monday/Tuesday from 8:30-5pm 1 credit
- Wednesday/Thursday from 8:30-5pm 1 credit

Cost is $60/workshop to register for Arts South Dakota donors. Non-donor early bird pricing is $70/workshop + fees. NSU undergraduate/graduate credit reduced pricing is $40/credit payable to NSU. You have the option to donate during registration to receive the donor pricing!
Class sizes are limited! We urge you to sign up early to get the workshops you prefer.

TO REGISTER FOR AEI:
Please click the orange "Register" button in the upper right-hand corner and complete your selections.
NOTE: You will choose one or two workshops. If you are taking for credit, ONE WORKSHOP = ONE CREDIT. You must select two workshops if you're taking two credits.
You can select if you are taking it for 1 or 2 undergraduate, graduate or CEU credits. There is no extra charge for CEU credits.
After you complete your registration and are taking for NSU GRADUATE credit, you must complete the NSU GRADUATE REGISTRATION FORM.
STEP ONE: Complete AEI General Registration and select workshops.
STEP TWO (Optional): Complete NSU GRADUATE REGISTRATION FORM
ART 492/592 Advanced Fine Arts Methods– Optional undergraduate or graduate credit available for an additional charge, payable to NSU.
