2025 Barrel Tasting x Sardine Dining

The 2025 wines have been quietly maturing in barrel since vintage. Now it’s time for the next important step—tasting and assessing the barrels prior to blending.
Winemakers Alastair Butt and Tom Lightfoot have selected a range of barrels that each offer something different, showcasing how individual components come together to shape the final wine. You're invited to be part of this key stage in the winemaking journey at our 2025 Vintage Barrel Tasting & Lunch, held on Saturday 11 October.
After tasting through a curated selection of barrels, guests will help shape a limited edition Pinot Noir blend—available exclusively to those in attendance. The tasting will be followed by a long, grazing-style lunch prepared by the team from Sardine Dining, featuring a menu built around local Gippsland produce.
