This event is a vital opportunity for us to meet the tutors of the sites we want to go for our 4th year placements, there will also be a session on mental health first aid and a lecture about interview skills and resume writing. Your attendance at this event is expected.
Please wear professional attire, something you would wear to a job interview.
The day will run as follows.
2 - 3pm Mini mental health first aid
3 - 4pm Interview skills and resume writing
4-5pm Presentations from each placement site.
5-6:30pm Network network network. Each site will have a table, maybe think of a list of sites you're considering for 4th year, so you can make sure to chat to the people you want to chat to. A list of the sites attending will be released closer to the event. There will be some light snacks during this part.
