Event description
If you are a person with disability who wants to know what you can do if you disagree with a decision the NDIS has made, then this session is for you.
This free online session is for people with disability, their families, and supporters.
Join us and learn about:
- How to request a review of an NDIS decision that you don’t agree with
- Asking the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) to review an NDIS decision, and what the change from the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) to the ART may mean for your review
- What to do if you’ve missed the time limit for an ART review
- How to complain if you think the NDIA is treating you unfairly
- How to decide what evidence you may need for a review by the ART
- Some important legal considerations about NDIS appeals
Access:
- Please tell us your access needs when you register
- We use Zoom for our online sessions
- You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone that has an internet connection.
- You do not need Zoom on your computer. You can copy a link into your internet browser (eg Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
