Event description

Join us for our upcoming 60th Anniversary China Alumni Celebration in partnership with Alibaba. The evening will include a private tour of the Alibaba Museum, followed by an exciting panel discussion exploring the power of partnerships and celebrating the impact of the University over the past 60 years.

This event also celebrates the enduring connection between the University of Newcastle and Alibaba founder Jack Ma. Inspired by the kindness of a Newcastle family during his youth, Jack Ma — through the Jack Ma Foundation — established the Ma & Morley Scholarship Program
to empower future leaders. We are proud to have Ma & Morley Scholars joining us, representing the spirit of partnership and global impact that this event honours.
