Congratulations on being selected to represent Deakin at the 2025 UniSport Nationals - 3x3 Basketball Championship.
Event Details
Dates: 27-29 May 2025
Location: Monash University, Clayton Campus
Costs
UniSport Payment: $180-$255 UniSport Australia Registration (sport event costs). This rate varies dependent on how early you register.
Travel costs: All travel is arranged and paid by the student.
Extras: All incidentals and snacks/drinks are at the student’s expense. DUSA will provide lunches during the event.

UniSport Nationals events provide students a great opportunity to represent their university while connecting with fellow student athletes . We encourage you to have a good look through the event website including the event schedule.
Team Managers
While at the event the team will be managed by Deakin students, Ben Galea and Eleni Stefanakis. Ben and Eleni will set up a group chat so the team can communicate before the event, share your travel plans, etc.
How can I confirm my position in the Deakin team?
Complete DUSA registration here by Friday 11th April.
Due Dates/Timeline:
11th April: Due date for DUSA registration. Students will not be able to register for the team after this date.
20th April: Standard UniSport registration closes.
20th May: All UniSport registrations close.
Uniforms
Uniform kits are collected for students by their Team Manager in the week before travelling to the event.
Transport
All students are to arrange their own transport to and from the event. The team can communicate to travel together, arrange ground transport, etc.
Academic Extension Requests
The event takes place in T1 SWOTVAC. If you need to apply to your Unit Chair for any extensions, there will be an automated online request form available, or just email DUSA Sport.
It will provide a letter of participation containing the inputted information will be automatically generated and sent to you via e-mail. You then present the letters(s) of participation to your Unit Chair(s). Extensions are at the Unit Chair’s discretion.
