Event Details

Dates: 20 October 2025

Location: Gold Coast, QLD

Costs

UniSport Registration: https://unisportcheer.fusesport.com/registration/2351/

Travel costs: All travel/accom is arranged and paid by the student.

Extras: All incidentals and food (outside of team dinner) are at the student’s expense. DUSA will organise a team dinner for all Deakin student athletes participating at the event.

UniSport Nationals events provide students a great opportunity to represent their university while connecting with fellow student athletes . We encourage you to have a good look through the event website including the event schedule. 

Communication

Alison Hughes is the Team Manager and has organised a group chat. We'd encourage you to be active on the group chat so you can communicate before the event, share your travel plans, etc. While at the event, please do not hesitate to reach out to the DUSA sport team as well.

How can I confirm my position in the Deakin team?
Complete DUSA registration here by September 7th 2025.

Due Dates/Timeline:

7th September:  Due date for DUSA registration. Students will not be able to register for the team after this date.

6th October:      All UniSport registrations close.

Uniforms

Off-field uniform can be collected from DUSA Sport Team at either the Waurn Ponds or Burwood Campus from the DATE TBC

Transport

All students are to arrange their own transport to and from the event.
