Event description

All community members are invited to attend the Dying to Know Day Expo, featuring 40 stallholders, interactive activities, light refreshments, and a program of expert speakers. This year’s event will include language-specific sessions in Vietnamese, Chinese, and Arabic to better serve our diverse community.

The expo aims to demystify death and dying by creating an open, welcoming space for discussion and questions about end-of-life matters. Encouraging these conversations helps individuals approach these topics with greater understanding and peace of mind.

  • When: 9:30am – 1:00pm, Friday 8 August 2024

  • Where: Fairfield Youth & Community Centre, 55 Vine St, Fairfield NSW 2165

  • Bump In: 8:00am (all stallholders)

  • Bump Out: 1:00pm (all stallholders)

  • Contacts: Maxine Zhong (0408 415 017) or Daniela Quiroz (0436 817 284)

A small fee of $100 applies for each stallholder to help cover event costs. This fee is waived for government and non-profit organisations.
