Event description

Cultural Blindspots | Expert Panel to Unpack Culturally Responsive Workplace Investigations

Q Workplace Solutions is delighted to partner with HopgoodGanim Lawyers and the Association of Workplace Investigators - Australia and New Zealand to host the third annual Early Career Workplace Investigators Networking Event.

We invite you to join us for an evening of stimulating discussion and knowledge-sharing on culturally responsive investigations.

Our panel of speakers — Native title and human rights legal practitioner Dr Ivan Ingram, Indigenous Engagement Advisor Christina Coleman, and Workplace Investigator Corlia Fernandes — will discuss key elements of a culturally responsive investigation, address common misconceptions, and share strategies to encourage diverse voices while maintaining the cultural and psychological safety of investigation participants.

This is a unique opportunity for legal, HR, WHS and compliance professionals who have transitioned to the role of or are considering becoming a workplace investigator, to meet and connect with like-minded and experienced colleagues.

There is no cost for this event. Finger food and drinks will be provided.

The event is being held in the Presentation Room, Level 7, Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle St, Brisbane CBD.

Follow Q Workplace Solutions on LinkedIn for more workplace investigations events and insights.
