Event description

Please join us at the UTS Science Scholarship and Prize Giving Ceremony to receive your award.

When: Tuesday 19 August 2025

Time: Please arrive from 5:30pm to check in at the registration desk before being allocated your seat inside the Great Hall. The ceremony will commence at 6:30pm sharp and will be followed by some light refreshments.

Where: UTS Great Hall - Tower Building (Building 1), Level 5. 

Dress code: Smart casual

5:30pm - 6:15pm - Check-in

6:15pm – 6:20pm - Briefing for all students (Please be on time)

6.30pm - 7.40pm - Ceremony followed by refreshments



You are welcome to bring along up to two additional guests to join you in celebrating your achievements. You don’t need to register your guests separately. When you get your own ticket, you’ll be asked to indicate how many guests you’re bringing.
