You’re about to be part of something truly special — a day filled with joy, community, and Christmas cheer that brings hundreds together each year. As a volunteer, you’ll help create unforgettable memories for families, be light and salt in our community while enjoying the festive atmosphere, live entertainment, and plenty of fun moments yourself.

Here’s what to know before the big event:
🎄 Event Details:

Get ready for a Water Wonderland! This year’s event is designed especially for primary school-aged children in our local community and is packed with exciting, water-based fun. Kids can race down a giant water slide, take on an inflatable obstacle course and dive into the foam cannon pit!

There’ll also be heaps of games, laughter, and connection, plus every registered child will enjoy a free sausage sizzle and juice box. And of course — Santa himself will drop by to hand out small gifts to each child, making it a day to remember!

(If you’re bringing children, please register them in our “Attending,” Humanitix event not “Volunteering.”)

🕔 Arrival Time:
We are holding 2 sessions, one at 8:45am and one at 10:45am - please select which session you would like to serve at (or both!). Arrival Times are 7:30am for Session 1 and 10:00am for Session 2.

👕 Dress Code:
Wear a Christmassy red or plain red t-shirt to help guests easily spot our team.

📸 Photography Notice:
By volunteering, you grant permission for event photos or videos to be used for future promotion or fundraising. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let an organiser know on the day.
