Katja Williams is the founder and voice behind The Ultimate Farm Wife, a platform and podcast dedicated to celebrating rural women, sharing farm life stories, and empowering women in agriculture. She is also the founder and co-host of Agsolutley Fabulous, a podcast that explores agriculture beyond the headlines, bridging the urban-rural divide and fostering greater understanding of the farming industry.

With hands-on farming experience gained from managing her family’s 11,000-acre operation in regional NSW alongside her husband, Ned, Katja has built extensive knowledge of agriculture. She has faced and overcome the hardships that come with farming life, fueling her passion for supporting others through this conference, her podcasts, and her platforms.

As a mother, podcaster, keynote speaker, and farmer, Katja brings a unique perspective to every project she undertakes. From running successful livestock enterprises to hosting annual bull sales, she combines business acumen with a deep commitment to the land and the people who sustain it.
