Anna Meares is widely regarded as one of the greatest track cyclists that Australia has ever produced after having won 11 world championships and six Olympic medals including two gold over a 14-year cycling career. Following her retirement from competitive cycling in 2016, Anna has gone on to take up several leadership roles, culminating in her role as Chef de Mission in Paris 2024. Join Anna as she talks through her leadership journey, media wrangling skills and positioning teams for success.
Hon. Bridget McKenzie, Senator for Victoria
Bridget McKenzie is the Shadow Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Regional Development, and the Leader of the Nationals in the Senate.
She is a former Cabinet Minister and the first federal female Agriculture Minister and has held a number of portfolios including emergency management, national recovery and resilience, sport, regional communications, education and health.
Bridget was elected Senator for Victoria in 2010 and is the author of a biography of former Country Party Prime Minister: John McEwen – Right Man, Right Place, Right Time.
