2025 JPC Primary Parent Learning Walks (March)

The Deputy Principal - Head of Primary, Miss Lindsay McQuattie along with our Dean of Pedagogy Miss Nina Manning, cordially invites all current parents to participate in Classroom Learning Walks.

The purpose of a Learning Walk is to foster conversation about teaching and learning in order to develop a shared vision of high quality teaching that impacts on student learning. Furthermore, our goal is for parents to experience our learning environments and to observe teachers and students engaged in learning experiences. When we see learning in action, it helps us to better understand the theories and pedagogical principles that underpin our approach to teaching and learning.

The morning will commence in the Noelene Munns Learning Centre, with an information session on the Primary Years Programme (PYP), from 8:45am and conclude with a Q and A session and debrief, with coffee and tea available.
