Shama SuperShero Workshop: Stronger Together: Nurturing relationships and Self
Stronger Together is an uplifting and interactive workshop designed especially for women from diverse backgrounds who want to strengthen the relationships in their lives—while also learning how to take better care of themselves. In this safe and welcoming space, we’ll explore the power of connection—within families, friendships, and communities—and the importance of valuing your own well-being in the process.
Through guided discussions, simple activities, and reflection, you’ll gain practical tools to build deeper relationships, communicate with heart, and create boundaries that protect your peace. You’ll also discover how self-care and self-worth are essential—not selfish—ingredients for strong relationships and a strong you. Whether you’re supporting others, leading your family, or navigating change, this session will leave you feeling heard, encouraged, and stronger—together.
