2025 Junior School Presentation Ceremony

Date: Tuesday 9 December 2025

Time: 1.30pm (please be seated by 1.20pm)

Venue: Len King Sports Pavilion

The Junior School End of Year Presentation Ceremony will be held on Tuesday 9 December, commencing promptly at 1.30pm in the Len King Sports Pavilion, situated on the south bank of the Secondary School Oval. This is the last formal occasion for the School year, and we look forward to your company as we celebrate the achievements of 2025. As the event is scheduled during the course of the School day, attendance for students at this assembly is compulsory, and all students from Years 2-5 are expected to be present.

Parents of prize recipients are welcome to attend, but are not obligated to do so. 

Please note that there is a limit of two tickets per prize winner - tickets are free. Students in Years 2 to 5 are not required to have a ticket. Seating is unallocated.

The event will be live-streamed for those who are unable to attend the event.

Parents may park on St Marks Drive or on the eastern side of the Secondary Oval. 

At the conclusion of the assembly, students will return to classrooms with teachers and normal pickup procedures will apply, with students dismissed at 3.15pm.

Please note that families whose child is receiving an award will be notified closer to the date.
