RULES & REGULATIONS FOR THE
2025 LAKE GLENBAWN FAMILY CARP MUSTER

REGISTRATION FEES: All
$15.00 ages 11+, & Ages 4-10 is Free entry, but are required to be registered alongside a contestant over the age of 16

All competitors that sign up for the Lake Glenbawn Family Carp Muster are bound by the following terms and conditions 
2025 LAKE GLENBAWN FAMILY CARP MUSTER COMPETITION RULES & REGULATIONS!!!!!

*All entrants are required to abide by current NSW fishing rules & regulations.

*Lake Glenbawn Family Carp Muster Saturday 22nd February from 6am to 3pm.
Fishing starts from 6.30 am to 3.30 pm
Anglers must be registered before 10 am and or before presenting fish for weigh-in.

*Fish will be accepted for measuring from 12 pm to 3.30 pm on Saturday 22nd February.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED

*Presentation will start at 5pm.

*Fishing Area's include all waters within Reflections Lake Glenbawn.

*The Management committee reserves the right to refuse carp for weigh-in if not presented in a satisfactory state (fresh) whole and dead with all fishing tackle (hooks) removed.

*Fish may be presented for weigh-in iced ,but NOT frozen.

*All carp presented for weigh-in are to be killed in a humane and quick method prior to weigh-in. Suggested methods include rapid severing of the spinal column or immersion in ice slurry.

*The management committee reserves the right to refuse carp for weigh-in if suspected caught using illegal methods.

*Only Carp will be accepted for weigh-in.
NO NATIVE FISH.

*All carp will be weighed and measured on the official instruments provided by the management committee.
The management committee decision is final,and the committee reserves the right to exclude anyone or to withhold prizes without providing reason.

*Winners of all prizes and raffle draws must be present to collect prizes at the end of the presentation unless prior arrangements have been made with the management committee.

*The management committee accepts no liability for injury,loss, or damage to any person or property for the duration of the event. All competitors, upon registration,fully understand that in participating,they do so at their own risk and agree to abid by all rules outlined above.

*Rules and regulations, and the events brief will also be emailed to all registered contestant emails provided

* 2x age groups with both female and male categories. 

* junoirs 4yrs-15yrs.

* opens 16yrs & older.

* prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd in each age with also male and female categories. 

=12× major prizes.

*prize for most fish in each age categories. =2× major prizes. 

*biggest carp of the day $1000 cash prize.
