2025 Manly Sailing Club Prize Giving Dinner

To celebrate the 2024/25 Club Season and the success of our sailors, we invite our members to the Manly Sailing Club Prize Giving Dinner on Saturday 14 June. This will be held at the Manly Bowling Club from 6pm onwards.

In addition to an awards ceremony, you will enjoy a delicious hot meal from the SpitRoast Company and an informative Q&A with the Founding Director of PredictWind, Jon Bilger.

PredictWind Director, Jon Bilger, began PredictWind after his tenure at Alinghi forecasting for the Americas Cup. PredictWind obtained the exclusive license for the weather modelling technology and developed it further to allow specific local forecasting at 20,000 sites worldwide. The technology is an culmination of 30 years of experience by a team of research scientists. It is cutting edge technology that has not previously been available to the public prior to the release of PredictWind. Manly Sailing Club have been extremely fortunate to make use of PredictWind's weather modelling technology as well as their start vessel at many of our national and international regattas.
