2025 Mastery of Systems Leadership Information Sessions
Event description
Join Us for an Information Session on the Mastery of Systems Leadership
Join us for an information session on April 23rd, where we’ll explore the program’s structure, themes, and faculty, and the alchemy that happens when the right minds come together. We’ll be hosting two sessions to accommodate different time zones—so wherever you are in the world, we invite you to be part of the conversation.
We live in a poly-crisis—a web of interconnected challenges threatening the very foundations of life itself. Rising emissions, collapsing biodiversity, fractured social systems, and escalating inequality are not separate crises; they are entangled, reinforcing each other through economic and political systems built on accumulation and extraction.
Siloed solutions are no longer enough. Leading in this era requires a systems lens, cross-sector fluency, and the ability to identify and act on leverage points for transformation.
That’s why we’ve brought together some of the most brilliant thinkers at the forefront of systems change—Nora Bateson, Daniel Schmachtenberger, Indy Johar, Kate Raworth, to name a few—to co-design a program as ambitious as the moment demands. The Mastery of Systems Leadership (MSL) is a year-long, immersive learning journey for those who don’t just want to understand complexity but are ready to step into it—shaping, shifting, and leading within it.
MSL builds on our experience running the Mastery of Business & Empathy (now in its fifth cohort), which has redefined leadership education for the next economy. This new Mastery convenes global experts, pioneering practitioners, and cross-sector leaders, equipping participants with the frameworks, tools, and relationships needed to navigate and transform systems at scale.
This evening will offer the opportunity to:
* Explore the urgent context that makes the MSL more relevant than ever.
* Understand the program structure and what to expect from the experience.
* Dive into the curriculum, key themes, and learning modalities.
* Meet the world-renowned guest faculty shaping the program.
* Learn how we integrate systems thinking, inner development, and action-oriented leadership.
* Gain clarity on tuition, scholarships, and application pathways.
* Connect with the MSL team and community.
Meet our MSL Team
