Refund policy Refunds
Withdrawals up to 01 July 2025 will receive an 80% refund
Withdrawals from 01 July to noon on 31st July 2025 will receive a 25% refund
There will be no refunds or deferments after 31st July 2025
Entry Transfer-
Transfer of a registration to another person is only available up to 31st July 2025,
Athletes who have deferred into this event from a previous year, transferred into this event, entered through the use of a complimentary entry are not eligible for athlete withdrawal refunds.
Cancellation policy-
In the event of cancellation of the race due to any adversity, be it weather, flooding or any other force majeure, including restrictions due to Covid 19, the organising committee reserves the right to decide whether to defer entries to the 2026 event (after which point there would be no refunds), and/or to make arrangements for entrants to request an 80% refund. This will be communicated to all participants via email.
Any request for a refund/ deferments/changes/transfers must be via the booking system or in writing to events@teanauevents.co.nz and will incur a $20 administration fee
